I opened Be Love Yoga LLC on January 2, 2021. Yoga and dance have always been a huge and important part of my life but over the last 3 years, Yoga has become a passion of mine. In 2019 I became a 200RYT certified LivFree™ Yoga instructor but my journey didn't stop there. It had just begun. My 200 hour teacher training changed my life and I couldn't get enough. I registered in the following LivFree™ 300 hour Master Teacher Training and completed that in January 2021. Yoga became much more to me than just physical movement. Yoga became a lifestyle. A safe place. A place of growth and a place of change. And I felt called to share the gift of yoga with others. Today Be Love Yoga is a growing community and I can't wait to see where the future leads us!
Hi, I’m Emily! (RYT 200)
I currently live in Tolland with my Husband and two teenage boys.
Yoga called to me about 4 years ago, following that path I began attending more classes. It was there that I truly developed my love and passion for the practice.
Yoga helps me to “talk” with different parts of my body that I may not have connected to in a while. Holding space for myself, allowing me to connect everything into harmony (As much as that is possible!) Both spiritually and physically. It was here I realized my deep desire to share this joy of yoga with others.
I have a vinyasa based style. When you come to one of my classes you can expect to move, breathe, sweat, and have fun!
I hope to share the peace love and joy that I have found in yoga to every body.

The practice of yoga allows us to develop deep and lasting connections – with our own physical and spiritual self, with the universe and most importantly with our community. The relationships gained as a direct result of yoga have opened me to me. Wherever, whenever and however you practice yoga, you create an opportunity to begin again, with the strength of your people behind you.
I believe in the power of love and community. I believe in universal acceptance of oneself and others. I believe in committing to something way bigger than all of us. I believe that each person who steps onto a yoga mat will cultivate change in our world. I believe in breath and connection. I believe YOGA.
My classes are Vinyasa style – yoga with heart and soul. There is an energetic flow in each class that challenges students to move with their body and trust with their heart.
I completed the RYT 200 certification at The Yoga Shop in South Windsor under Annie Quagliaroli and Kimberly Charbonneau and have been teaching since 2013.
I believe that when you combine movement with music, and the heart and soul of a group of people, magic happens. I grew up dancing and have learned that my heart is fullest when I am moving and expressing myself through music, and there is nothing like sharing that feeling with a community. That is why everytime I lead a class, my goal is to help participants fall in love with movement, whatever that may mean to them. I use the foundations of Pilates in my classes to inspire students to listen to their body, while using the power of music to motivate movement. I believe that everyone should leave class feeling empowered, and with a full heart.
I was certified in POP Pilates® in 2015, and I have been teaching group fitness ever since. I am certified in Mat Pilates through Balanced Body, and am currently working on becoming a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher through the National Pilates Certification Program. I am also certified in Barre through the International Ballet Barre Fitness Association.
As a former kickboxing instructor, it became very real to me one day that I would need to find a better way to help my body age safely. I had dabbled in yoga for decades, but it wasn't until I stumbled on Toby Schoeneberger's style of teaching that I fell in love. After training with her for 2 years, I began teaching in 2015... and have never looked back.
Yoga brings us back to where it all began. When we start out in this life, we only know breath; it's our most primal need.
Yoga = Breath.
If you can breathe, you can do yoga.
My goal is to help make yoga approachable for all. My teaching style is light-hearted and authentic, doing away with any fussiness or formalities and just getting to the heart of what you & your body truly need. Having been in & out of physical therapy for well over 20 years, I am a stickler for safe alignment within postures. I teach everything from gentle/beginner to power vinyasa, but you will always hear me encouraging props, modifications, and any other means of supporting your body with integrity and respect. We only get *one* beautiful vessel to journey through this life with... let's honor it and help it thrive. I look forward to meeting you on your mat! Come flow with TLC! 🙏
