Begin to Love is a foundational, beginners style yoga class. This class will focus on basic postures and alignment, A GREAT place to start and to come back to when you really want to expand your practice through the gift of alignment. .
All for Love is an All Levels athletic style moving YOGA meditation. This class will start with a warmup, then we'll get your heart pumping and blood flowing, and we will bring your heart rate back down for those long juicy holds towards the end of your practice. Think of class like climbing a mountain and coming back down the other side.
Power of Love incorporates everything you LOVE about Love for All but with that extra fiery kick! This class will challenge you and change you! Come on in and bring the HEAT!
Restore theLove is a restorative, yin style yoga class that focuses on long holds to release facial tissue and tight muscles. Relax. Reset, Restore the Love.
POP Pilates is a combination of total body Pilates exercises with the attitude of choreographed dance and the energy of music, resulting in a complete workout that is super fun and effective. Students will be challenged to flow from one exercise to the next, developing a strong core and a strong heart. All are welcome - every exercise can be modified to fit the personal needs of every participant. Leave class feeling sweaty, strong, and blissful!
Be Love Gentle Flow is a gentle style Vinyasa YOGA that incorporates flow, strength and stretch, as well as a mindful moving meditation. You'll leave feeling refreshed in your body, mind and soul!
What is Forrest yoga? Developed by yoga practitioner and healer, Ana Forrest, Forrest Yoga is a strong, grounding practice which provides an opportunity to really occupy and learn deeply about your vessel, the body. Longer holds will give you tremendous insight into how the body reacts and really feels in different postures. With a strong focus on core strengthening and lengthening, you'll leave class feeling refreshed, strong, and deeply connected with your breath.
This practice is beginner friendly in its postures, but not for the faint of heart. Previous yoga experience is recommended, but not necessary. Be prepared to work your body, mind, and spirit in this dynamic practice.
