Our Restore the Love class at Be Love Yoga is a deeply healing experience designed to help you unwind and restore harmony to your body, mind, and spirit. Using supportive props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, each posture is held for several minutes to allow the body to gently open and the nervous system to fully relax.

POP Pilates is a combination of total body Pilates exercises with the attitude of choreographed dance and the energy of music, resulting in a complete workout that is super fun and effective.
